I’m a huge soup fan so I was really excited when my sister decided to make one of my childhood favorites the other day, Corn Chowder! It was to die for and had delicious chunks of potatoes and bacon in it!
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and cut up
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
4 Cups Milk
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 Can Potatoes, diced and drained
1 Can Creamed Corn
Cook bacon in a pan, remove and cut up. In the bacon fat cook the onion and stir in flour. Cook over medium heat until its bubbly; remove from heat.
Slowly stir in milk and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients.
